We offered 30 days return policy in all our painting for customer satisfaction. If 30 days or
more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require
a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The artwork must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- Returns must be sent by certified mail.
- The artwork must be in its original packaging and well packaged for shipping.
- A print-out of the invoice must be included.
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not
refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the
returned artwork.
- Once we receive the artwork, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received

inspecting the artwork.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the
policies of the issuer of your payment.
